At Griffins, we're proud of what we've built together, but we know there's always room to grow. Whether you have an idea for next season, feedback about your experience, or a suggestion that could help make our clubs even better, we'd love to hear from you. Your input helps us continue creating sporting communities where players, families, coaches and volunteers feel welcomed, supported and excited to be involved.

Complaints and Disputes
In the event of a dispute, please follow the flow chart below (taken from Page 21 of the ByLaws).
If this matter involves an immediate risk to the safety or wellbeing of a participant, please contact Griffins directly as soon as possible in addition to submitting this form.
If you are not sure who your sport's Member Protection Officer (MPIO) is, please contact your sport Secretary (eg. basketball@griffins.org.au, netball@griffins.org.au etc.) or the Griffins administration office at admin@griffins.org.au. If the office is unattended and your matter is urgent, please telephone the Griffins Executive Officer on 0405124409 or Griffins Chair on 0427425872.
Using the diagram below, if the matter doesn't go via your MPIO, to provide detail on your dispute/complaint, please lodge using the Complaint/Dispute Resolution form If you do not receive acknowledgement within a timely period for the issue at hand, please contact the Griffins office above. If in doubt, please telephone.
