The procress relating to 'fill-in' and 'playing up' players is:
FILL IN:
As per the Competition By-Laws, all visiting or fill-in players must report to the Games Controller’s office 30 minutes prior to their scheduled game to check in.
For their first visit, players must complete the following two steps:

PlayHQ Registration: Players must also register via the appropriate PlayHQ link:
The total cost is $41.75 for BWA Affiliation Fees, $5.61 for the Game Development Fee, and $0 ABA cost for fill-ins. Please note, all payments must be made via PlayHQ, as cash is not accepted.
Clubs may forward these registration links to players so they can pre-register, but players are still required to physically check in at the Games Controller’s office before every game they fill in for.
Important: Failure to correctly complete this check-in process, as per our Competition By-Laws, will result in the game being forfeited to the opposition.
PLAYING UP:
Senior and Junior players may fill in for a higher grade on a maximum of four occasions and must complete the JotForm submission every time. This is able to be done prior to the commencement of game and players must present themselves to the Games Controller's office 30 min prior to the game commencing and in correct uniform.
